You can right click script and select Run with PowerShell, open it in PowerShell and run manually, run it from another script or call PowerShell to run it from Command Prompt or a batch file, but you can't associate .ps1 (PS script extension) to be run when you double click the icon.

I could not do it from the Run button on top since there was no place for placing the parameters. I would like to seek your expertise if you happen to know a way on how to do it. I just dot sourced the function on line 1 of the script and did my full run command on line 2. Works like a charm.
